What's Not Included in the Hourly Rate
- Pilot/Crew Day Rates: Charged (per travel day)
- Overnight Pilot Fees: (billed at 50% of the daily rate per overnight)
- Fuel Surcharges: May apply based on market conditions.
- Peak Season Surcharges: Applied during high-demand periods (major holidays, major events, etc.).
- Landing, Handling, Deicing, Hangar, and Special Event Fees: (billed at cost)
- Owner Approval: May be required for select aircraft, affecting availability.
